Hello everyone. Is there any website from which I could ask professional programmers to create a design for me in exchange for money of course??? I really appreciate your help. Thanks.

    Hi,

What design do you want? Is this for some homework tasks or production designs?

Well, it's a small project that I have been working on. So, yes it's more like a homework. It's basically an (8x1) multiplexing system that takes a clock and its divided versions (div2, div3,...,div8) as its inputs and selects between them. It might be easy for some; but I'm rather new to VHDL. I tried Block Diagram/Schematics but the coding sounds more flexible. I would grateful to your help.

Thanks, but I really need help from another person. So, really if you could provide me with such a website, I would be very grateful. Thanks again.

What is wrong with the website you are currently on?

If you try to write some code, have trouble, and ask intelligent questions, you'll get help.

If you want to learn something ... go and read some of the tutorials on the AlteraWiki ... look at other people's code ...

    For example ...

Lots of Altera examples here ...
    https://www.ovro.caltech.edu/~dwh/co...obra_docs.html

Xilinx ISE example (with detailed tutorial that is not really Xilinx specific) ...
    https://www.ovro.caltech.edu/~dwh/xilinx

Xilinx Vivado examples on Digilent boards ...
    https://github.com/d-hawkins/hdl/tre.../boards/xilinx

I'll get my Altera designs on there when I get a chance ...

    Cheers,
    Dave
