    Default "Lost Password Recovery Form" does not send me an email

    On
    http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/login.php?do=lostpw
    I enter my email address, answer the "random question", click on the button "Request Username / Password now".

    Then I am informed that "Your username and details about how to reset your password have been sent to you by email."

    But I never receive an email. I attempted it several times on different days and checked my email address spelling. I had to register a different email address, but would like to use the old one again (my company email).

    Hi Oscar,

    I've re-sent the password to your email where you used during the registration. You'll receive it in momentary period.

    Please check your mail box or if you not receive any notification for password information, I would suggest you to check the "Spam" box too just in case.

    Hi JosephC,

    I did not receive an email in my email account __k__.b_____@g__.c_, even not in the "spam" folder.

    The essential problem was not with this email account, but with __k__.b_____@w___.c_. But the technical problem (of not receiving email) may be the same. What can be the cause?

    I resend once again to the same email. At this point, can you confirm your email is correct? I can see that your email first name was "oskar" vs your username "oscar". If it is intended, I'm going to work with the back-end then.

    It was intended, but I did not receive an email before April 2nd.

    I received an email to reset the password on April 2nd.

    I clicked on the "reset password" link. A message "Your password has now been reset and emailed to you." appeared. But I did not receive any additional email.

    Now the password seems to be changed, but I do not know it (luckily I am still logged in). Please send me the new password in an email or change it back to the previous one.
