App Store Agreement

iOS App Permissions

• Apple has NO obligation to provide support for the app

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

iOS-Specific Limitations

• The app is provided "as-is" subject to Apple's standard EULA
• We are solely responsible for the app and its content
• Apple has no warranty obligations whatsoever
• Apple is not liable for any third-party claims relating to the app

Updates and Maintenance

• We may release updates via the App Store at any time
• Updates may be required for continued functionality
• You are responsible for updating the app
• Older versions may cease to function

Termination (iOS)

We may terminate your access to the iOS app if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate Apple's App Store policies
• Technical or legal reasons require it

Upon termination:

• Delete the app from your device
• Your account may be suspended or deleted
• Cached data will be removed from our servers
